Updating a 1920’s Bungalow in Eagle Rock
After 30 years of being a rental, this 1926 bungalow was ready for an update! We uncovered and refinished the original hardwood floors, painted the interior and exterior, created a new kitchen and bath with a nod to the 1920’s era, built a new deck and landscaped the backyard. Behind the scenes, we installed central air and heat, updated the electrical panel and installed a tankless water heater. When the project was complete, our clients were able to rent the house for much more than they thought possible, which has helped them with their retirement income.
